About Kuro

A counter for ten.
A standard for one.

Founded in 2014 by chef Aiko Tanaka, Kuro is built on a single rule: nothing leaves the counter that the chef wouldn't eat herself. Fish is sourced daily, rice is polished in-house, and every piece is shaped to order.
